The Friends of Centre Vale Park have updated the beautifully illustrated 32 page A4 colour booklet which focuses on a number of Centre Vale trees. Written by Philip Marshall and Sarah Pennie it explains a little about the planting history and the botanical information of twelve individual trees in the park.

Many lovely photos are included as well as Stella Hill’s line illustrations of some of the trees in winter or early spring to show the structure, and also details of leaves. Printed in full colour the booklet can be purchased for £5 at Todmorden Information Centre.
