Ferney Lee School at Centre Vale House

Ferney Lee children visit

On a gloriously sunny summer day, a class of Year 1 pupils from Ferney Lee Primary School were taken on a mini Heritage Trail by Friends Volunteer Katrina Heath. The children saw the ruins of Centre Vale House and Coach Yard, then explored through role play what it might have been like for the Fieldens, John and Ann and their seven children to receive visitors at their grand home.
